Return for Exchange
We do not provide refunds or exchanges unless it complies with Tasmanian Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please return goods:
- With your receipt
- within 14 days of receipt of the goods
- back in their original condition and packaging.

Please note, unless we are at fault you are responsible for the safe return of goods and delivery and handling costs (including return postage).
Defective Goods
All orders are carefully checked before being sent. We understand that faults do happen and will happily exchange items that are proven to be defective.
Should damaged goods for return be due to damaged packaging please return goods with it original packaging for insurance purposes.
Out Of Stock Items
If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email with an estimated time of arrival, or discuss with you an alternative product.
Please note that our website is updated every 5 minutes. There is however a possibility that items could be double sold in this time. If this happens we will try to supply another item but if this is not possible we apologise and will refund your payment as quickly as possible.
